My name is Tilda Starck, and I am a Swedish artist working from my studio. Creativity has always been a natural part of my life, and over time it has developed into a focused practice centered around form, balance, and expression.
Each motif begins as an original artwork created in the studio. Through a careful and often reductive process, the work is refined until only what feels essential remains. These original pieces are then translated into posters, with the intention of preserving the same feeling, contrast, and clarity as the original.
The work is influenced by everyday impressions — quiet moments, shifting light, and simple compositions that might otherwise go unnoticed. Inspiration often comes from what feels familiar, but slightly altered or reframed.
Rather than documenting reality, the aim is to reinterpret it into something more distilled and self-contained.
